Luke was awesome! He came out to do an in person quote and stayed about an hour answering all my questions and concerns. He was very honest and the product is great! He even came out on a weekend to install the fence. Our dog had to be chained up before because we didn’t have a fence or anything to keep her in, after only 2 days she really started to catch on and now she is so much happier!! She gets to run around and explore the yard! Luke was always there if we had any questions and he made the whole process so easy! Definitely go with Dog Watch you won’t be disappointed!

Luke was great to work with - excellent customer service. Our dogs were 100% trained in about 2 days and have had zero problems with the system. We were a little worried because we have a very, very stubborn Catahoula that likes to chase the deer, but the techniques that Luke uses to train the dogs worked perfectly.

I have six rescue dogs and I love them like family. I spent thousands of dollars replacing boards on my privacy fence that the dogs ate through as well as placing limestone pavers at the base of it to keep them from digging out. Nothing worked. We all know the feeling of thinking you have done everything you could to protect your dogs and then come home to find that they have all gotten out.
I did a tremendous amount of research and contacted numerous companies about hidden fences and other means of making sure my dogs did not get out again. After much homework, I decided to go with DogWatch of Greater San Antonio.
I dealt one on one with the owner, Luke Simpson. He was professional and did not try to push me into buying his product. My hidden fence was installed in less than four hours and the finished product was aesthetically pleasing as you could not see any of the wires.
It took less than one day for all six of my dogs to learn the boundaries and the parameters of the system. I can't begin to express the relief it is to be able to leave my home with all of my dogs in the backyard, knowing that they will all be there, safe and sound, to greet me with tails wagging when I get home.
Luke was always courteous and helpful whenever I called him to ask him a question about the fence and its operation.

The DogWatch Invisable Fence is something I now wish I had installed long ago. With 3 Aussies on some acreage I always feared one would chase a horse or deer and get injured. Within a day they had the boundaries figured out and are perfectly content to stay at home. Luke was amazing to respond to my call and install the fence. Also he had a wonderful way with all 3 of my dogs showing them their new limits. Could not be happier.

Luke Simpson and the product are just great. We have a 95 pound lab that made our fence look like a Ma and Pa kettle fence. If she wanted out she got out. Long story short - we called Luke Simpson with DogWatch and he came out and explained his product. He was very professional and up front about pricing. We accepted his proposal and the next day he was able to install the DogWatch invisible fence. Luke did a very professional installation and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked. He spent time with our lab to make sure she knew where her the boundaries were. He came back the next day to work with her some more and to make sure we had no problems or questions. It has been 2 weeks since the installation and our lab has not gotten out. She has learned to wait till we put her DogWatch collar on so that she can go outside without us worrying if she will get out or not. Thanks Luke for a great job and a great product.

After a year of dealing with my dog escaping from my fenced 2 acre yard I knew I had to do something other than haul concrete pavers to block the holes. I called Luke and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate and thoroughly explained how the system worked.
I have to admit I was skeptical that this system would contain my stubborn Olde English Bulldogge, Diesel, but Luke guaranteed it would work.
On the scheduled installation day Luke and a helper arrived promptly and completed the job in just a few hours. He went through the training plan, patiently answered my many questions, and showed me exactly how to work with Diesel to achieve success. After 7 days of training I felt Diesel knew the barrier and was ready for the “off leash” test. WOW!!! This hidden fence really works! The true test was a few days ago when cows were walking the fence line and my dog did not even try to cross the barrier so he could bark at them.
I highly recommend Luke and DogWatch Hidden Fence. He is professional, knowledgeable and stands behind this system.
